Before you start thinking of a cure for back pain, it’s pertinent to investigate what the causes are for your back pain. There are certain everyday habits that either cause or worsen back pain. For example, constantly sitting in one spot, especially on a chair that’s not ergonomically right for you, makes your back pain worse.

If the problem has to do with your sitting position at work, then it’s pertinent to have a chat with your employer about this. It makes no sense to treat your back pain when you still sit in the chair that’s not good for you. Many people make this mistake and this can worsen back pain far more than you can imagine.

Generally, causes of back pain include -

  • Ruptured Disc
  • Lumbar Muscle Strain
  • Discogenic Back Pain
  • Spinal Stenosis
  • Lumbar Spine Arthritis
  • Spondylolisthesis
  • Osteoporosis
